How do I add a room to a booking?
To add a room to an existing reservation, go to your calendar and make a new reservation. After creating the reservation, go back to your calendar. Holding down the ‘SHIFT’ key, click the new reservation and then click the reservation that you would like to add it to as an additional room. Click ‘OK’ to confirm the merge.
Your original reservation now has an additional room. Select either reservation in your calendar to view the update. The grouping information will be found in the ‘Booking Summary’ section.
