How do I make a group booking?

To make a reservation that includes more than one room, go to ‘Reception > New Reservation.’ Enter the dates for the reservation, select the number of rooms and guests for the booking, then click ‘Search.’ The search results will include all the rooms available for the selected dates, along with max occupancy.

Add rooms to your booking using the dropdown menus, then indicate how many guests will stay in each room. Once you have added all the rooms you require for this group, click ‘Create Reservation.’

If you need to create a group reservation (multi-room booking) where each reservation has different check-in/out dates, you can either create the reservation as above, then move and resize each room stay in your calendar, or you can add rooms to an existing reservation (c.f., How do I add a room to a booking?).
